The European Commission’s CINEA (European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency) has just announced the publication dates of the new 2022 calls for proposals of the LIFE programme. With a sizable budget of € 5.4 billion from 2021 to 2027, this EU funding programme is entirely dedicated to nature-related, climate action and environmental projects. It indeed aims at making Europe become a climate-neutral continent by 2050 and restoring Europe’s biodiversity by 2030.
The instrument supports the development and demonstration of eco-innovative techniques, best-practices and approaches contributing to the EU green recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic.

You’re a company developing such green innovation and are looking for funding? The next deadline for Standard Action Projects (SAPs) is expected to be 4 October 2022.
Detailed information on the calls for proposals will be made available on the online portal of the European Commission upon official publication on the 17th of May.
